Looks good n colorful but squid shud not be cooked for longtime maybe 2 mins on hi flame otherwise it can be rubbery

Appreciate your suggestion but these squids were big and thick ones so needed to be cooked for that time Or else would remain under cooked. Keep watching Melitas Delicacies for more interesting recipes
