Man, that is not what one would like to find out of the box. I wonder, did the whole factory QC team catch Covid at the same time? Really nice playing by the way - Happy New Year!

Pretty sure the body is pine on CV Tele. Nice video. My CV has some minor issue nothing like that.

It's quite possible some of them are - I don't expect that they are consistent from production run to production run. The weight suggests to me that this particular one was something more dense but if your one may well be a lot lighter.

I’ve got an older one of these . Nice lightweight pine body and the frets are fine. I did change the neck pickup for a twisted telecaster one, there was nothing particularly wrong with the original I just prefer the sound of the twisted telecaster .

What is your opinion of squires made in indonesia? They seem to be better quality than Chinese made.
