Great instructional, man. I currently have a leaky, smoky turbo on my car, and a new one in my closet for the past couple months because I'm intimidated by the task. Would be nice to see a video like this, on the easiest way to switch out your turbo (my S14 is also S14 SR powered).

So question when trying to replace my starter, the bolt next to the top bolt on the starter has my transmission breather tube connected to it and I can’t get the bolt for the starter off because it is blocked by the breather tube. I’m curious on why you’re didn’t have the breather tube there or if yours was relocated or extended where it’s out of the way. Either way I bolt holding that tube on is very hard to get at with any wrench that I own based on it’s location. Is there anyway you can help me out? Because this pretty easy job is turning into a nightmare for me. Thank you

Bruno Vicente thanks. We did a project for Toyota a couple years ago and got these coveralls. It was with a first generation corolla. Hobo used to have a GS300!

Does anyone know the specs on these bolts? The size and dimensions? Please help me out! It’s notch top s15 sr my starter hits my flywheel because I used the wrong bolts ! If someone can pls tell me the size and dimension of both of these bolts it’ll be a great help thank you !

man changing a starter in a RHD SR is way worse haha have a whole steering assembly in the way. cool video good to see content from the other half of KDF

I came here exactly to say this, took me a few hours to figure out which damn way to exactly twist the thing around the steering column in my s15. Built like blacksmith puzzles haha

Mark Sison probably easiest way is to remove the steering joint. mark both sides so you don’t mis align your wheel and rack. once you’ve done that it should be a lot easier to remove it

1,309.48 for an oem starter, thats insane! I'll be honest, i only looked it up because i thought you were joking. was there anything special about the factory starters or is that just because they are that rare?

When you turned the key did it just make no sound at all? Just having this issue now. Everything seems to work fine, accessories etc, and just the relay will click once when i turn the key.
