Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Cashew Curry recipe.
Ingredients - Cashew (කජු 250g)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පෙ)
Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2-4)
2 Onions (ළුණු ගෙඩි 2 පමණ)
4-5 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් 4-5 )
Cuming 1tsp (සූදුරු තේ හැන්දක්)
Fenugreek 1tbs (උළුහාල් මේස හැන්දක්)
Chili Powder 2tbs (මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැන්දි 2)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Roasted Curry Powder 1tbs ( කළු පහේ මේස හැන්දක්)
Curry Powder 1tbs (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක් )
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
Coconut Milk 2cup (පොල් කිරි කෝප්ප දෙකක්)
