This is an easy one day job you can do with your mini excavator. Here im demolishing a shed with my Kubota KX91. This job was easy access so it made the demolition process pretty easy.

Do you kind of figure a certain price per hour or do you just quote the job as a set price? Have you ever had anyone question a price or want an itemized bill?

I quote jobs as a set price. I break my quotes down to general categories (example: disposal, labor, trucking, etc.. )

Great content and info. In your area do you need to pull a demo permit for these demo projects?

Yes, I pull them for larger demo jobs. But since their replacing the shed with the same size I leave it up to the customer.

@@skydaddy2426you really don't think he has tires and maintenance and Equipment payments and insurance payments and the list goes on and on. If you think it just cost a half gallon of diesel than you're pretty naive
