Hey can I put the sturdier Pistons made for the turbo in my non-turbo. Just curious I got a van with some sentimental value and I'm going to fix it up the Piston was all charged up in the rings were bad and I replace the head gasket an and piston was leaking between cylinders

Turbo piston and rods fit in .. non turbo block perfectly

@@YostBuilt ok Cool. Do the 2.4 ever have injectors clog on number 4 cylinder. I had piston damage looked lean

@@CHEAPROLLIN I know that the intake gaskets can blow out at #1 and/or #4 which can cause that cylinder to blow out.

Did this srt4 engine come out of the dodge caliber srt4? I’ve been considering buying both a dodge rampage and a caliber srt4 and using the caliber as a donor car

The caliber has 280hp stock while the neon I think only had 220

The engine is from the Neon SRT4. Fitment will be tight on the rampage, and the ignition might become expensive, but it can be done. Best of luck if you do! I'm swapping a Spirit R/T TIII engine into a 90's LeBaron. A Shelby Charger/Daytona would be more solid, I like the sleeper vibe of the ole 'Baron.
