Shruti texts are those which were discovered (particularly heard)by Rishis through their penance. While those texts which were penned down by Rishis and other great personalities. Both Shruti and Smriti have some elements which are relevant to all time period. But Smriti texts have some elements which are no more relatable due to modernisation.

Thank you and very interesting - can you share some Smriti texts elements you found that are not relatable or adaptable to modernization? Somthing in Ramayan/Mahabharat for example?

@@Aarohan-ToRise Such elements are found very less in Ramayana and Mahabharata. For example: One cannot keep Draupadi as her inspiration and go on marrying more than one husband. It was Draupadi and Pandavas fate which made such marriage possible and successful. But one can surely learn how to be a loyal and intelligent wife from Draupadi’s life.
