सर हमारे पास रोड है, और उसमे भी पूरी चढ़ाई है। शामको नही कर पाएंगे तो सिर्फ सुबह वाला रूटीन फॉलो करके 20 - 25 मिनट तक आ सकता है? अभी 30 मिनिट आ रहा है रोड पर। या हम शामको सिर्फ आपकी बताई कसरत कर सकते हैं क्या घर पर?

Only qualified hai, SSC GD physical me koi mark nahi milta hai, Only 5km ,24 minut me pura karna hota hai ,bro
