I can say they are Legit, been ordering with them since forever. I have been to their store too in Montreal Canada and they are pretty awesome! 👍🏻🙌🏻

There's a big difference in shipping speed between public sector owned Canada Post versus private sector owned UPS.

I'll say it's not, how come an item is 190 USD and 280 USD at checkout? And The shipping? 42 USD? I've never had a problem with farfetch and they only charge 24 USD for international shipping

I'm having issues with their sizing. I found some Nikes I want and I know my US size but the corresponding IT size is way off. I'm not sure whether to go by my US size or my usual IT size.

I would personally go with your US size. However, if you are worried - you could order one of each size and return whichever doesn't fit. Their return policy is quite good.

@@HaveClothesWillTravel not yet but then again I ordered the item last night around 11 pm maybe that’s why? (Thank you for shopping at SSENSE. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.) this is the only response I received so far

I had a bad experience with them never ordering from SSENSE again! A $390 I had to pay for shipping they never told me about my post office told me I owed that to get the package …NEVER again

This happened once to me. Just call them and they’ll reimburse it. Sometimes shipping carriers will charge import fees to the receiving party.

Yeah apparently you have to pay customs fee if your order goes over $800 USD. Just learning that today! I hope you refused 👀

I had placed my orders from the US and did not have to pay any extra taxes - this was all included in my total when I went to check out.

I guess I'm not sure if I know what you are talking about? They have a live chat feature on their website that is running and their email is customercare@ssense.com

100%. I’ve placed 3 orders over the last 2 weeks and got shipping notifications literally hours after getting my order confirmation. First package got delivered 3 days later to Chicago.

I had order on the 18 of December with the app. My order just says placed when I go to check it. I got the confirmation email saying I paid. Just want to know if my order is coming.

I m located in Europe!! Will i have to pay extra import tax free when i receive my items in Europe? And what about return? If i dont like something do i have a free return shipping or will my life be difficult for return from Europe to Ssense?

I live in Europe as well. I ordered the Rick Owens Berlin lounge trousers and I didn’t have to pay any extra. I only had to accept the DHL customs policy. The shipping was 20€ or 25€ in total I think.
