fun fact: the ice cream machine at mc donald’s is never actually “broken” at night. it just makes a mess and it’s kate and the workers wanna go home and don’t want to clean it up, so they say it’s not working so people don’t order an ice cream

That’s true, another reason is because their suppose to clean it but never do, so when it’s dirty their not aloud to use it.

Actually it’s because if the cycle fails on the ice cream machine then it’s considered broken and needs a third party technician to repair. If McDonald’s employees fix it themselves the warranty is rendered void and McDonald looses manufacturer protection on it.
