we should all be asking Blizzard why they've neglected Dark Ranger so much.

Yeah it really is odd. Black Arrow is really more of a ST ability as well. Yeah you get deathblow, but since we can't run with razor fragments in M+ because of it's position on the tree, it really hurts using it. Because you could basically do another Aimed/Rapid and do more damage. It could have to do with not getting enough feedback from the community? But that's not a good excuse at all. Early on it was because Sentinel was broken and doing way more damage than intended, as was multi-shot, but they fixed that and it's still getting out paced. Thank you for watching my video!

Why’s no one talking about how the signature Dark Ranger ability - wailing arrow is on the MM tree? Like, imagine a sentinel using wailing arrow…

I talk about that in the AoE version of this video. It doesn't make any sense that you can't pick your signature ability as a Dark Ranger in AoE. I agree that it shouldn't be in the MM hunter tree, but if they wanted to allow everyone to use it, at least beef it up for the DR tree.

Nice work bro, thx for the vid! I got simple question here, if im using the deathblow talent on my ST build, should i use the killshot procs during de trueshot phase? or ignore it to maintain the rapid fire/aimed shot spam?

@yuricruz1941 during TS, you'll ignore Kill shot procs. It feels weird I know 😂

Wish they made Black Arrow straight up replace Arcane Shot (mm) and Cobra Shot (bm), and maybe nerf the proc chance of things to compensate for 100% uptime. Deathshade would have to be reworked tho.

I think blizz focused too much on remaking survival hunter that it totally neglected mm and bm talent overall (plus dark ranger hero talent)

Year of the Spear needed some love, so I don't want to say that they took away from either of the other two specs. Blizzard makes millions and millions every year, they should have more than 2 people working on classes. MM has it's good and bad, but I'll continue to refine my builds and play until I bring all the damage :)

@thomastrinky9159 I did that because I'm using the addon bug squish. There's tons of bugs on the beta and all you would hear is a constant squish sound.

@@MrEggplant Oh, thank you. I like that to be fair since Sentinel means less buttons lol. For PvP it might be Dark Ranger though, unfortunately

@betahumanx yeah that's what I was thinking. More on command KS. I don't test for PvP but that would make a lot of sense, since it's naturally more single target oriented.

I don't think you watched the video my friend. MM from the womb to tomb! MM runs with a pet in Arena and in overworld content and well as if they're needed to lust... but I don't know what that has to do with this video. Just talking about a MARKSMAN single target build.

Yea I currently much prefer Sentinel over Dark Ranger. I was hyped for Black Arrow to come back but the hero talents for MM are kinda just meh. They don't really change playstyle but I think the part that really throws you off is that there's no real cool animations like other classes get.
