Firstly... Chat dont forget to APPLY the like button! I love the double barrels. Its my favorite special mechanic. For me though, the ST-II is the most frustrating with double shooting. It constantly has ghost shells, pen issues or only one hitting. I still like the tank, but the T8 and T9 treated me so much better. Single shooting seems to be solid though.

To make the gun better on the ST-II, the setup i'd run on it would be hardening, vents, and aiming device. the reason the shells are tempramental is due to the higher sigma values or looser spread of the shell within the dispersion value. (This is the accuracy stat that is hidden within the main dispersion) For example, my Skorp G has less dispersion than my SU-130pm. However it can't hit anything farther than 300 meters accurately. On the other hand, the SU can just shoot from any distance and still have reliable gun accuracy. I have no idea where to find this value, but i know it exists because some shots are way to conspicuous. (My experience with these two on the NA server. idk if it's different on other servers.)

i think if you are using HD resource pack, there is something going with the shadows there, because i dont have that issue on standard

I can't give my opinion on it since I haven't played it and don't know how it's going to play. I will be buying it since I think it looks good, but paper and in game are sometimes two different things. Plus I have the resources to buy it, if you don't already have all the tanks then there is probably no point getting it.

"You are bad if arty messes up your game" Me in my chief trying to get my 3 MOE being stunned all 10 mins of the game and then seeing that arty hit me 9 times and only focused me which resulted in 1.5k dmg, stunned crew, alrdy derpy gun, slower and all tier 10 game. I quit and am satisfied with 2 MOE. (btw not quoting Max, an arty player said that to me) I just stopped trying to mark tanks that are hard because I'm an average player 56% and recent 2.5k wn8, so I just play tanks I have fun with and it's the ho ri right now averaging 3.6k every game, but I have tried the ST-II and it's fun guys. It's not meta at all but it's a satisfying tank where when it works you get rewarded big time and the double shot is always awesome to hit.

I think you should create an account that you use to learn artillery so you keep artillery in mind when playing tanks in order to to avoid shelling, make it matural part of your gameplay, don't complain

If this tank had the guns off the ISU 122-2 and you could routinely hit your shots then it would be a good choice, otherwise it's better to stay with an IS-7

I seriously dislike this tank. The cupola weak spot is very easy to hit

I'd say the cupola is very comparable to the E5 one. yes its a big target, although half the size of the E5 one, its still big enough however, just like the E5, the cupola is around 250-260mm thick, meaning its basically bait for regular ammo, even more so for lower tiers, only truly pennable with gold gets even better if you use the full 8 degrees of gun depression that this tank has (which is unheard of for Soviet tanks) besides, its on the right side, which means you can hide it behind a corner, and you can also use your guns to hide it rather effectively
