The draft is the most important, so I think we should look to trade for 1st round picks. If we do the Shiel/Gresham deal you mentioned, that's pick 12 and 13. I also think that the dogs may trade 10 and 17 for GC pick 4, and if we look to do a 3-team trade with GC and Freo, where we get Henry and pick 10 from GC, Freo get pick 13 from us, and GC get our pick 51 and Billings, as well as Freo's pick 40 and 54, then that would be perfect. We get Henry, pick 10 and 13, plus Shiel and pick 32, for Billings, Gresham, a future 3rd/4th, pick 12 and pick 51.

Love the concept but can't see that deal happening - Gold Coast would be silly to do that and don't want Billings either. Agree though, the draft is our number 1 priority.

Maybe, but he is a former top 10 pick and played some really good footy this season. 3rd rounder seems a bit unders.
