While most of the evening has been quiet, more rain and storm chances will move in after midnight. This will increase the potential for flash flooding after heavy rain fell early Wednesday morning for much of the area west of St. Louis. A flood watch is in effect for much of the area, including St. Louis until 1 a.m. Friday morning.
