This is a really pretty parish church that is nestled at the side of the A4080 in Brynsiencyn, near Dwyran (and Llanfairpwllgwyngyll) on the Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Môn). As well as castles, Wales is blessed with an amazing array of historic buildings and relics/monuments.
The Church is called Saint Nidan's, or Nidan Sant in Welsh, and dates back to the 19th century. It was built between 1839 and 1843, and is actually the newer of two churches dedicated to St Nidan (the much, much older one is hidden not too far away).
This church is still used by the Church in Wales. It's close to the Menai Straits, and has an amazing view. It is Grade II listed, and is considered to be a good example of a simple medieval church.
