This is a compilation of our summer of 2022 out sailing with disability charity SEAS Sailability. We spent a couple of sessions with them, and sailing was the thing we enjoyed the most.
We sailed on a Hawk 20, and a J-boat (J/80).
Sailing has been good for me, and I have enjoyed my time on the water, and I feel that this might be one of the paths I might need to take to recover my physical health and mental health (even just a bit).
