Annie Clark hit the genetic lottery. Extremely Talented/creative/passionate and astonishingly gorgeous. She gives me the chills.

This is back when she had, what I heard described as something like a 'simultaneously charming and unnerving' style... Like she's so adorable, but there is something that keeps you on-edge. Incredible Marry Me songs, and what a conversation with that other lady.

I'm cool because I bought this album when it first came out. Someone played it in the record store, and I was LISTENING. I'm cool. This album was amazing. Second album slightly eclipsed it. Third album I didn't like, but S/T Vincent was back to something great.

"@StupidPantsMagnet Ok professor. Let's do this go to this "amy lee lithium acoustic version live" and "Evanescence - Good Enough Acoustic" watch them (with an open mind) as I watched Annie Clark's acoustic of "surgeon" ( that I struggled to sit through) If you honestly cannot give Amy Lee her props that she is a more accomplished artist than Annie. A better voice, a classically trained pianist and an award winning song writer, then you really are not listening.

@StupidPantsMagnet 'CONT I never said she wasn't talented, on the contrary I think she has a lot of talent, all I said is that she is boring as hell. It must be hell for the 200 people that go see her live. Write me again when she plays in front of 200,000 people as Amy does. So, to sum it up, She has talent, you probably won't admit that Amy Lee is more talented (you brought Amy into this not me), she's boring and her songs are really bad. But, if you enjoy her then I'm cool with that.
@StupidPantsMagnet12 жыл бұрын

I'd love to be her stay at home husband. I'd do things like wear an apron and nothing else and when she came in through the door I'd say "Hey honey" and then turn my back so she saw my bottom and then she'd laugh and we'd eskimo kiss. :D

This is all a lie - St. Vincent subsists on flowers and her own mouth blood, occasionally giving in to her bird, dirt and krokodil cravings. But, being an artist, she made us listen to the records to find all that out.

@manjon217 Talk to me when she sells 1000th of cds as Avenged does. I guess selling out all over the world as headliners is just what bad bands do. Get a life, I know a hell of a lot more about music than you do, proof is just listen to st Vincent...she's a comedy routine. You sound vet angry...is this you St.Vincent?
@pizzasi12 жыл бұрын
I've been around it more closely than u have been I'm sure. In studio and on the road and as a studio musician, but the last person i need to give my credentials to is u who thinks that A7X is shitty radio rock, that just shows your ignorance. They r far from commercial rock, and unless u can find a real underground station you'll rarely hear them on the radio, but I'm the idiot because u have all the life experience at the ripe old age of 22, u have it all figured out, U r not worth my time.
