What race day carbon shoes would you recommend for someone who overpronates?

first choices, New Balance SC Trainer or the Hoka Bondi X (if you can still find them). Then, distant second choices would be New Balance SC Elite 4, Hoka Rocket X, or Nike Alphafly with some form of an insert to make these shoes slightly more stable. I hope this helps you with your question.

Really enjoy your videos. I am a stability shoe runner and the information you provide is always useful. I am running in the Omni 22 and like the stability and ride of the shoe. The upper is breathable, a great feature for the weather here in South Carolina. The upper/mid-sole rub my lateral toe joint a little. I did have a question regarding the Brooks Glycerin GTS 21. Is it as stable as the Omni, softer or firmer? Thanks for all the effort you put into your videos.

I'd think the Glycerin 21 GTS to be slightly more stable whne runninng fast as the DNA Loft midsole material reacts to the speed of the runner. The Omni will be firm when it is new, but as you put in the miles, the shoe will become softer and less stable over time. I hope this helps you with your question.
