Stacey David's 1967 Mercury Cougar project dubbed "V8 Interceptor" is Stacey's homage to the Mel Gibson film "Mad Max" from 1979. Stacey David and his show ‪@OfficialStaceyDavid‬ is well known to gearheads like us, so we were stoked to meet up and talk with him at the 2020 Somernite's Cruise in Somerset, Kentucky. Stacey took a break from signing autographs and spoke with us about the 67 Cougar.
