Speaking about future developments, it's near to the redeveloping Paya Lebar Airbase.

Gone are the days where Tampines North was entirely just greenland. There was even a mountain biking trial.

Our government should start taxing these couples who reaped profits from BTO flats without having children. From the video it is very obvious that they do not intend to have children. Then why should these married couples be allowed to buy 5 room BTO flats while singles are deprived? Real property gain tax on such cases should be imposed.
