@@tinylunardragon2679 breaking on stairs where you have minimal traction is kinda questionable. Luckily he was a skilled cyclist, but to the driver he probally looked like someone who lost control of their bike and was flying down the hill without the ability to stop.

Yes it has suspension but you also wanna have a firm grip yet stay relaxed as to absorb shock easier. If you're stiff you absorb a Hella lot more shock

I did something like this one time when it was raining. Went down a 3 set of stairs with a flat surace between them and my breaks didn't work at all 😅 I almost cleared the 3rd set of steps after the final platform lol I fully intended to go down slowly
