Cleveland, Tennessee! Born and raised I wish I had known. I can drive to that Champy's in about 3 minutes. It was just recently built I could spot that Aubrey's parking lot and Food City immediately. I'm over there 3 times a week, minimum.

Freeze it in small buckets, throw it in the next boil while the crawfish are soaking. They will soak up the seasonings much better
