You know what's sad is most people waste deer ribs. It's does my heart good to see a man who uses ALL the animal the way it is supposed to be done. 👍❤🔥💲🦌

Now if only they would reform the laws around game meat and allow it to be bought and sold in the USA to a better capacity. I know i would buy Bison and Deer at the grocery store if i had the ability to. Ive read that Bison actually has to be imported for food sale unless you go out and get it yourself. That sucks if its true.

While I agree with your and Stale Cracker's message, I have never seen anyone, not trim the ribs as he shows. And I've been hunting, fishing and trapping for over 50 years. In Alaska, it's the law that you pack out all the meat first. Only on the final trip can you bring out that trophy moose rack. So I doubt that MOST people waste so much meat. I have heard of it, and it's a terrible thing to do. idk, maybe I just hanged out with a more ethical crew than the, MOST.

Why, so he can make the same spicy slop over and over again? There's a reason why you sear meat (normal meat, deer is not in the supermarket for a reason too) before cooking it. This guy makes the same dish every time, all he has is charisma
