SOME very small-minded people were disappointed about the lyrics to 'Step Back'. Nobody outside of the usual Internet trolls had a problem with ANYTHING else about it, it's an all-around banger. Even for people who thought the lyrics were cringe-worthy, they could not deny that it was sung and rapped very well. And I agree, that one is a better dance track than 'Stamp On It'. As far as anything Girls On Top related, the ONLY thing the trolls even tried to pick on was BoA's age which of course was totally inappropriate and they were completely out-of-line for doing (but that is the nature of trolldom). BoA is in her 30's. That's NOWHERE NEAR 'OLD'. But that goddamned 'Korean Beauty Standard' doesn't take people above Thirty into consideration at all, they simply must stop existing at all after they turn Thirty. Weird that there are exception to that rule, huh (such as IU, for example)? But they tried to cancel MAMAMOO Solar already, simply for having had that birthday a couple of years ago and continuing to be relevant; 'HoW dArE sHe'? lol

I’m always up for some delightful b-sides. Rose and Goddess Level sound perfect. I will say the chorus is 100% catchier than I initially thought it. And I enjoy it way more on Apple Music. The audio is so much better, it’s crazy so that was fun relistening to. There are some great riffs and ad libs I could not hear on YT. So I do put a stamp on it randomly in brain and then I can’t stop hearing the chorus until I play the song 🤣. It’s got something else I enjoy along with that delicious bridge.

It's only a matter of time before people leave YT for greener pastures just like what is happening with twitch. YT is notorious for some real shady BS and now we know the electronic quality is also crap compared to Apple? Oh, boy...

@@DiaryOfAKPOPIntrovert All of the ladies are amazing at what they do plus I can't argue with the skills of SM's artists and production team. They know what they are doing in the studio. Too bad that level of talent and professionalism stops there. SM does not know the meaning of the word 'advertise' so SM artists don't get promoted like other companies do for their artists. People are just expected to hang out around the SM building like fanboys or something, in order to know when anything is happening. SM is SO DUMB that way. The best advertisement for Red Velvet is Red Velvet, most especially their maknae, Yeri. That's a real shame because SM is SUPPOSED to have a PR department...

@@DiaryOfAKPOPIntrovert YEAHHH it's always soooo different getting on the good quality streaming version of things - especially when you know there tend to be those kind of rich production elements you can pick up and notice in the back on SM tracks. For me with Stamp On It it's not musically my most favorite off the mini, but the ATTITUDE gets me every time. Like idk what gotta be ranked that 0 place on it means but I FEEL IT
