I am excited to play with the We R Memory Keepers Bookbinding tool again today to create a Travelers Notebook Insert that is perfect for Valentine's and the month of February.

Am a little nervous with the whole book binding process its the threading that I dont underdtsnd thank you for the step by step instructions it makes me not feel nervous am just going to keep watching it over and over again. So far am loving your blog

Hi, Terri! Try making a practice book first with something like used printer paper. That way there is no pressure and if you don't get the sewing, you can pull out the stitches and try again. Have fun!

I have not gotten the book binding tool yet however you have inspired me to look into it. Your tutorial has made putting an TN insert together look easy. Question for you, how do you measure the thread used for stitching? Thank you for sharing.

Hello, Andrea! Thanks for watching! I use the height of the book and stretch 3 generous lengths. Since the book is 8-1/4 tall, I estimate that I used 27 - 30 inches. Hope this helps!
