I am an American QPR supporter, 41 years old. Not coming from a lineage of QPR support and not living near London makes it a bit more difficult to learn and understand the clubs history prior to my fandom starting in the early 00s. Thank you for posting this. Obviously I've never seen Stan play but this, along with people on fansites like Loft for Words sharing their stories, help me understand better why he is the legend that he is and why he is held in such high regard.
