In this episode we head out to the Humps in search of a massive amberjack. It takes a couple hours to get the right bite, but after catching a small jack and a couple tuna we finally hook up. After a 20 minute battle Dakota gets a 50 lb amberjack boatside! Back at home we do something I've never done before and make fish burgers!

From The fishing to the cooking. Another great video . Not sure I’ve mentioned this in the past but there are always scraps of meat left in the grinder. Run a piece or two of bread through it and it picks up all of the meat trapped in the grinder. Doesn’t hurt to mix in with the other ground meat and you get every last bit of scrap trapped inside. Al’s tip of the day! ( probably common knowledge lol)

All jacks get worm's when they get big eat small ones or cut your fish and put it in a bowl of ice cold purified water and all the worms will leave the flesh this works on all fish

150-300’ feet for tunas and deeper for AJ’s. We use anything from a 5 Oz to a 9 oz

ok first of all don't put your damn finger in the meat grinder! Jesus man what are you thinking!? Also I think its better to have the meat frozen or really cold when you put it through the grinder. that way it doesn't turn in to soup.

The meat was previously frozen and we thawed it most the way and just had it cold in the fridge. I will try to use the tool to push the meet in next time instead of my Finger
