I literally redownloaded this game after 2 years of not playing this game randomly. I was not aware of an update and I didn’t watch any videos. 2:10 Since the last patch, the gun safety switch sometimes locks up. Press B and look at the icon at the bottom right if the weapon is not locked and a firing mode is selected.

Stank - if you lay in the dirt at a cargo pickup place like Picker’s Field, wait for someone to land their ship, then kill them after they have bought stuff at the pickup terminal, you can steal an absolute fortune from them. In Tarkov terms its like robbing multiple weapons cases from people - 10-20million credits at a time. You can’t sell the cargo from a stolen ship but you can advertise in general chat that you’ll give someone the location of the goods in exchange for payment up front, or you can load the stolen stuff onto your ship & sell it at grim hex from your own ship TLDR: rat on ground at picker’s field, kill them after they leave the buy terminal, steal their ship, sell location of chip in global chat

That's because they implemented the Replication Layer, so the client no more directly connects to the game server, instead it connects to the hybrid service called the Replication Layer that tracks state changes in all entities & replicates them to the other clients. Moreover, even if the game server crashes, the simulation doesn't die. So instead of getting a 30k error & being thrown back into the main menu, the game shows a server error message till the replication layer spools up a new server & then the game resumes, as if nothing happened. This is what they are calling Server Crash Recovery.

They can get it back with an insurance claim. It isn’t hard to make money if you know what you’re doing but the game has a lot of depth.

Honestly not really. I haven’t played in a couple months. But it could just be the fact they’re in quantum jump. It definitely has its issues because of how crazy the game is. But I haven’t seen it this bad in awhile.

hahah 21:50: you gonna send me those roubles :D minute 3 shows why i stopped playing this game after a few hundred hours. the lag in combination with the inventory malfunctions, reload bugs, countless hit reg problems, ... is just not bearable when PVPing. as long as they keep on yapping about "beta" you know there wont be changes at all. Tip for the future: always carry a tractor beam, they are cheap af and its one of crucial things to have for looting.
