After I released my Star Destroyer Ultracut, more material has come out, so I decided to I go back and expand it, from a wide variety of sources (including some Fan Films that are TOP NOTCH) as well as the new footage from the series that have appeared, all in the effort to give a better vision of our favorite Dorito Ship. This is by no means an appropriation of any material, but a celebration of an Icon. All footage belongs to their respective owners

@@dienkhungtungthe hanger door opens the same way, it just has an extra door a single ship can just fly off to without having to open the entire hanger door.

@@ultrabrian8151 iirc the earlier seasons/shows have it open full, then later on it changed to the design of ventral hangar only open a small portion Think wookiepedia also mentioned it as well

10:09 That one time a couple Star Destroyers actually hauled ass. Just about every other time they seem to show up from hyperspace and then just sort of sit there. The abomination that was an ISD chasing Obi-Wan's ship for hours at no more than one ship length away, firing at it the whole time and accomplishing nothing, should be the first thing purged form canon. Ugh.

12:33 I remember and LOVE this shot for many years. But I certainly remember just one Star Destroyer in the frame, heading closer to Hoth. But here there's THREE Star Destroyers! Only one appears on the Disney Plus version. Was it Lucas who removed those two Destroyers during the special editions?

No I’m pretty sure the editor has used the Adywan Revisited version of ESB. It’s a fan version of the film with some very beautifully redone graphics etc.

Venators are indeed Star Destroyers by the Terms of Clone Wars scaling. They stopped being them only after the war was over

@@FunniMillie I don't think that's accurate. The Venator-class were always considered star destroyers. What I think you mean is that they were reclassified from destroyers to attack cruisers. Both however are still types of star destroyers. See for instance, the Victory-class Star Destroyer. It's classified as a frigate, but remains a star destroyer nonetheless.

Not all of it. Andor is amazing, first two seasons of Mando were great, Ashoka was flawed but still good, and the Star Wars: Jedi videogames were awesome. Everything else is caca.

Nope, it's great, it's not caca. The up-to-date visuals and cinematic views are gorgeous. Plus the sirens/horns when the larger ships exit from hyperspace are nasty and scary. I love it.
