Dude you left the spring washer underneath the coil of the flipper you rebuilt you might want to disassemble it. It can rip the paper and cause a short!

Whaaaaa??? I just looked. LOL! Yep, you’re right. There it is. Out it comes. Thanks for the sharp eye!!! BTW, I did see the spring washer on the other flipper. Both have been rebuilt without the washers. Not too convinced they are necessary.

I’ve gone back and forth with Comet warm white and Sunlights. Personal preference but I always wind up with warm whites on these older games. I use the frosted bulbs for anything above the playfield or the backglass. I find the clear LEDs a little harsh on the eyes if you look at them directly. The clear can also cause hot spots or halos. The frosted eliminates this. Nice job.

I totally agree. It’s a personal preference thing and sometimes I like sunlight over warm white but I don’t really know till I try. Generally speaking, I prefer clear lens over frosted but in some spots the clear 2smd is just too harsh. I’ve also tried the clear 1smd bullet bulbs as a compromise. That’s where I’m now at on this game.
