My only complaint about the story is that Picard should easily be able to come and go from the empire at this time.

Is the narrator the outer limits guy?

Zaira Vblog elsewhere on KZfaq has this too and both of your copies have audio skips in the exact same spots. Did you get this from them or is the original audio just messed up?
