They should 100% sell them online, through some interactive website. ( kinda like building a Tesla ). Like a video game~! Get the experience it online- even so it’s not the same as going there physically. Some of us can’t go all the way to the states 😭 !

You can change the crystal without taking it all apart, I'm impressed with how much thought Disney put into these

I am impressed how well they presented the sounds of each crystal ignition. It actualy gives more justice than the movies itself where we had multiple times of swapping sound effects fro them where blue sounded like red and vice versa.

I'm definitely going to get the elemental nature with a green blade! I agree that they should put the black kyber crystals in their own section. It was a cool thought to hide them in the red ones, but as always, rude people ruin it for everyone else. Also I really want one...

The yellow crystal sounds much different. And the white are Ahsoka's blades. So cool!

I am so glad that white is an option, with the old style of build your own lightsaber, there were kits with white blades. I used those to make my own lightsabers of 5 different colors.

I've enjoyed watching you buy and play with this stuff so I don't have to.

You can change the color by simply using a rfdi signal generator bought on Amazon for under $20 ....

First off yes there is clearly a black crystal which is hidden in the Red Tubes you buy however if your only buying them for just the lightsaber then it's 100% pointless as it's just a repainted Red Crystal it will not turn black and it will not have a different sound ( if your collecting the characters for the holocron then that is the only time it matters )

I live in Malaysia, so after currency exchange that same lightsaber becomes like $1000 for me, along with other things that I would love to get such as the Jedi tunics/robes, building my own droid, and of course various items such as Kyber crystals and holocrons

I wish there were more options to the hilts like Imagine being able to build a cross guard or even to have Cracked Crystals If you don’t know what a Cracked Crystal Is It’s basically Kylo Ren’s Crystal His Red Crystal Is cracked and therefore unstable but imagine being able to build a cross guard It would just be so much better

I built an Elemental Nature with a Blue Kyber Crystal June 6th two days before you went. I also went in June 7th and got the Black (Obsidian) Kyber Crystal from Dok Ondars with the other six colors. It’s like the Force wanted me to have the Black Kyber Crystal because it was the first Red Kyber Crystal canister I picked up. I’ve heard a rumor that now you can only purchase the Kyber Crystals which are now kept behind the counter with the purchase of a Jedi or Sith Holocron. And a Cast member will now hand you a Canister of the color or colors you want when purchasing a Holocron. You don’t get to choose anymore. And can’t cheat like so many were. Or buy them individually like we were able to during the reservation period. I wish I had gone the same day you went. It would have been really cool to have run into you on Batuu. May the force be with you ... always.

I picked power and control :) I went during the passholder preview weekend. I really enjoyed the entire experience. I have no regrets either when friends flash me their Force FX sabers of Luke, Obiwan, Kylo, etc. because mine is completely custom. Most likely there will not be another one like it, and that's one of the reasons why I really savored the experience as well! Great video!

I totally agree about the bag, and I heard that comment a lot once I got out of the workshop. But also the biggest complaint that I have is that there is absolutely nothing protecting the bottom of the lightsaber so as you’re carrying it around the park all day you got to be extra careful not to bust that bottom by just basically putting it down. If I was a kid again doing this would have been a dream come true. I play with high end lasers now! Very cool for 200 bucks for all ages though in my opinion. Solid metal components and it has the crystal too!

I think I’d do this for the experience. The sabers themselves, though... They look like decent wall hangers unless you’re seven feet tall with dinner plates for hands.

I think I'll have to get Elemental Nature when I eventually go with some friends. Protection and Defense is a _close_ second, and if I ever get a second one I'll definitely get that, but you've gotta start somewhere.

Thats really cool how it can register different color crystals and change the blade color. The technology has really improved since the Master Replicas sabers. How’s the swing sound effect etc. Are they pretty much on par when you swing them around without delay on the sound?

If you find a bleu-white LightSabercrystal its a ghost crystal that makes no sound

Could you do a comparison of a legacy and custom lightsaber?

In their efforts to make the parts, mainly the core section universally compatible AND have the blade be like a cartridge its made all the custom light sabers fatter in diameter. Compare the Galaxy's Edge sabers to other sabers being made and sold, even licensed ones like Force FX and you'll see the GE one's are bulkier. Kind like when Hasbro tried to make the spring load pop action sabers in the early 2000's. My guess is in a couple years they'll find ways to reduce the diameter.

The wobble in the blade is by design. It helps the blade be more durable
