This clip comes from S3:E7 (Extraction). While Rex, Howzer and The Batch arrive at the extraction point to meet Echo, Commander Wolffe and a squad of Clones attempt to arrest them. Rex then realizes that Wolffe is fighting on the wrong side and is trying to hunt a child. This then tore Wolffe's loyalty to the Empire by allowing them to escape with Gregor and Echo.
