This lightsaber is awesome. I converted mine to have the spark 2 empire strikes back sound font and a in hilt led so the blade can be removable.

Bought myself the same one for Christmas 2018. Always wanted one and it had to be the 'Darth Vader' model. I'm totally hooked on these things now and I have ordered a few more. "Once you go down that dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Consume you it will!"

My best friend has a Master Replicas version of this. It's about 16 years old and it is very heavy. He wants to convert it to a neopixel at some point but it's amazing how far the technology have come since the Master Replica days or the first Star Wars ones with the inflatable blades

It sounds kinda' funny. Are your batteries fresh or kinda' old? It doesn't look as bright as it should. How's the sensitivity of the motion detection? The old Master Replicas was kinda' latent on mine. At least the Black Series improved on the LED brightness from Master Replicas. For the quality the price can't be beat. I hope Black Series brings back the removable blade. A very nice feature for a shelf queen.

If I do order a Force FX saber, it'll be this one, only because it's Vader. I wouldn't duel with it, but it would be nice to have one of the "official" sabers as part of the collection.

They gave these out at the premiere of Rise of Skywalker at my local movie theatre for fans who pre-ordered tickets. It was a really nice promotional gift. Disney always goes above and beyond, I'm sure they lost money on Thursday sales as a result, but pretty awesome nonetheless.

Does anyone know where we can get replacement parts for this saber? I got it as a gift and the lid has been corroded shut from the batteries so im gonna have to take off all the plastic and then try to pry it open if i cant get the corrosion to break up.

Nice! I picked up the Darth Vader Legacy Lightsaber from Disneyland Parks Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Looks pretty similar just mine has wires running through the hold toward the top of the hilt. Maybe a different movie hilt style or something.

I bought this exact one 2 1/2 years ago. $225 AUD . Still have it and it's a beautiful piece. Not really sturdy enough for duelling but, I will never part with it. I hope to get the ROTJ Luke Sabre next. If not, I will likely buy the 'Emperors Hand Sabre from 'Ultrasabres'.

It technically isn't Rey's Jedi training lightsaber. Anakin built that one the same as Vader built the one in this video. They look almost the same.

I got 3 black series sabres and i don't think im very impressed by them. They are oversized, and the kilo ren sabre i got feels lose and rattles all over its self.

Compared 2 other versions of the chosen 1 or graflex by others like ultrasabers or saberforge the black series seems more like a non usable toy 4 display only u start comparing them to other serious saber build companies n the black series seems 2 fall way short hate the plastic on the hilt 2 shud b all metal zero plastic that makes me doubt them there plus FoC seemed to b junk on them 2 wish they were better i really do but just spend a lil more and get a combat quality piece unless u cheap n just plan on lookin at it i guess its good 4 that but i wudnt try using it against a real saber such as my specialy made 1st ever Dark Dorinian Warglaive looks beautiful btw but i question the quality of these black series sabers i havent personally bought one but from what can see am unimpressed

I like the detail on the hilt but the issue with these black series sabers is that they all sound the same (bar Kylo Ren’s) and it’s underwhelming. The sound board they use atm is ok for vader’s saber but for Luke’s, Rey’s Obi wan’s etc the hum sounds should be smoother and less darker sounding. Darth maul’s is set to release in the new year some time and I can almost guarantee they’ll use the exact same sound board again and it just isn’t the right sound so I doubt il get it. Hoping to be proven wrong tho.
