The show isn't as dark as The Clone Wars but it's by no means a bad show. I really enjoy watching it and if you are a fan of Star Wars you really should try getting into it, Season 2 has started to really get good. Oh, and Sabine is the colourful Mandalorian chick. She is an artist and has a painting of Cad Bane on her cabin wall.

Broken Record Those ones weren’t fully trained Imperial Royal Guards, simply Senate Commandos clad in different armour. A squad of fully trained Royal Guard from the height of the Empire would have put up a far better fight.

I like how the senate commandos are supposed to highly trained men, that are experts in combat, and they all got taken out by one grenade, and a sniper. One of them even routed, and he had a freaken heavy rifle with him.

Well, the Senate Guards and Senate Commandos were of law enforcement backgrounds, not military backgrounds. And if Regular Clone troopers have a hard time dealing with Cad Bane and Commando Droids, what chance do Senate Commandos have? Also, Their training probably doesn't cover an attack like this.

1. Why didn't anyone call for backup? 2. An elite Senate Commando Captain went out like a punk, no resistance whatsoever... 3. Ergh...security cameras? 4. Troopers in the back should've taken cover... It's really frustrating to see how this went down, even though I like Cad Bane in other episodes

+Gasssolo 1. It was a complete ambush. Not enough time. 2. If you look closer you can see that the captain (or whatever his rank was) was trying to get out of the hold. Bane was too fast. 3. If you saw the other episodes pertaining to this event, you would know that they had all the plans to the Senate building. Plenty of time to find blind spots and time their movements carefully. 4. See #1. Plus, no one ever takes cover in Star Wars. Haven't you noticed? lol it's weird huh?

Tyler Quinn Yeah, I'd like to interpret that as "Protesters against the war and the coming future, we've taken care of them!" "Uh, thank you. These people tend to be a hazard." Still, it's foreshadowing some horrific, but assuring implications that the Republic is already turning into something bigger for its eventual freedom from its corruption by corporations this early in the Clone Wars.

Really cool seeing commando droids in action without jedi it just shows how deadly they can be to troopers and even spec ops troops. Sucks that most of the time we see them is against jedi and well jedi make everything look easy

When I was a kid I didn't get to see all the episodes in order, we recorded repeats after the fact. This was the first episode I ever saw and man, I loved it.
