I had a friend make an edit of the final four episodes of clone wars cut with the entirety of episode 3 (with a few scenes from the 03 clone wars cut in) In total it came out to 4 hours and 20 minutes long, we called it the 420 cut 😎😎 Reply to me here if you want me to send you the download link

Whenever a trailer for a final season or movie comes out, I like to think back on how far it's come from where it started at. I mean, think back to how hated the Clone Wars movie was back in 2009, and how nobody liked Ahsoka at all. Now, 11 years and 7 seasons later, we're all going to be bawling our eyes out when we have to say goodbye. This show deserves so many awards...

This will include the Seige of Mandalore and the CIS' attacks on the Mandalorian worlds. The Clones were trained in that tradition, even if a purist would say they are but a shadow of the real thing. So from a certain point of view, we are still watching the Mandalorian. From another, we've been watching an echo of the Clone Wars. It's a complicated existence.

Lol, But technically they didn't know since it was mind control. So the fate of the clones is much worse than the jedi. They are forced to unwillingly kill their generals who they sometimes see as family and after that they are supposed to hunt down all remaining jedi and then be degraded to a stormtrooper.

I barely watched The Clone Wars when it first came out, but I watched through the entire series during quarantine. To see how much the series has evolved makes this all the more better. From what came to be a half-continuation of a small side project evolved to become something that rises up to the ranks of the films and beyond.

After seeing the last episode I have to say this show will always have a place in my heart, this show is what made me a Star Wars fan and I was 6 when it first came out. I wish we could have had more seasons like filoni wanted but I’m glad we got an ending.

I think season 4 had the most amount of arcs/individual episodes I enjoyed, the first half was meh, but the Kenobi Bounty Hunter arc, Slavery arc, Ventress episode, and Darth Maul’s return were all great, not to mention Umbara

Definitely Not John Cena Show it to your child, it’s a good way to show that it isn’t always black and white. It’s a cartoon so that will immediately get their attention, and chances are that they’ll not understand how dark it really is. But that’s not everyone, I remember watching Waxer die and it was pretty sad for me, he was one of my favorites. But it’s still a good way. It’s not too dark like some movies and series, but it’s perfect for kids as well as adults. I watched this show as a kid and I loved it. You should give them that same chance

Since when have they ever treated the prequels like they don't exist? They made it explicitly clear that Clone Wars was canon from the very beginning of the takeover, making Clone Wars and both trilogies the new foundation.

Um... when the Mouse House bought Star Wars, the Clone Wars was cancelled and a lot of stuff was released that leaned on Original Trilogy nostalgia. Rebels, Force Awakens, Rogue One. The first Battlefront reboot (2015) only featured original trilogy content. For a few years, it legit looked like the prequels were painted to be the red headed stepchild of the Star Wars family.

@@wolfiemcfox7080 I remember watching behind the scenes of The Force Awakens and one particular person said "The prequels will be taking a backseat in our new movies" also when they were choreographing the new lightsaber duels they stated how the prequel fights were like a dance and that the new duels would be more like the original duels, so disregarding the prequels even more.
