By the way, "SW: Outer Rim" is in the same "universe or timeline" as "Solo: A Star Wars Story" (one of the canonical movies).

First time viewer. I hear you John about how you want balance between decks, but I gotta say that building a deck that’s better than the next one is part of the hook for me. Finding unique card interactions is pure joy for me. I also happen to like the prequel trilogy, Hayden’s acting and Jar-Jar. Fan hate turns me off as a viewer.

Yeah. I just don’t want a lifestyle game and I feel like that’s what this is. I really like how it plays and if you’re into it, SWU is a great alternative to the others. Funny thing: I’m one of the few who really liked the last Star Wars trilogy (7-9). I think it may be the best trilogy. I might be the only one who was that disappointed with 1-3 yet loved 7-9.

Thank you for watching Jacob. I hope you stick around for more! I agree with you, that finding the unique card combos, is what "makes" CCGs, but as much as I love them, this is where I often run ashore. I love to be wild and zanny when it comes to building decks but it never works. Sometimes I feel there is an optimal build you "have to follow" to win. If that is the case, it would just be better to have pre constructed decks. - Daniel
