Amazing game of top level StarCraft 2 between ByuN (Terran) and Maru (Terran). The current number 1 and number 2 Terrans on the planet. One of the best games of SC2 this year for sure.

I don't even play Terran and that sound haunts my dreams... such an abused and slightly op ability... I really wish Terran would be forced to gamble a unit to get sight like the other races... scans just seem cheap to me as they are basically free and don't run the risk of losing units... >_>

I've really come to appreciate a good mirror match. It just becomes a display of superior strategy, decision-making and mechanics. And of course the fantastic casting helps.

Should have named it the most memeful match this year - the scv medevac save, the courageous cyclone getting hilariously blown up trying to get a banshee - so many laughs here.

lol recently i saw a best of 7 in more or less the same time. Was suprised that it was just one game and till the last 5 secs i could not tell who would win.

I feel like Maru's strength in TvT really comes down to the fact that he doesn't need to rely on small micro engagements as many other terrans. It's not that he's bad at micro, by any stretch, but he's more flexible and more capable than probably any other Terran at late game macro/massive army control, which becomes a lot more important in TvT, since you can't really outmicro your opponent too much in this matchup; as good as your marine movement is, you're not gonna get much of it in a marine vs marine engagement as in a marine vs banes engagement

I think it’s more about what he brought up mid match, in that Byun plays more games that lowko can get replays of than anybody else by a huge margin

Byun losing a long game again, no surprise. He is falling back after mid game every single time, probably his wrist just can't handle any game longer than 20 minutes. So sad to see.
