You are an excellent tutor in that you thoroughly explain and illustrate the why of a grammatical rule. I especially appreciate that you take the time to pronounce every Italian word or phrase slowly enough for us to understand the nuance and inflection of all those vowels.

I'm really glad you appreciate my stile of teaching. My goal is to really demystify grammar by showing students there is a why and a logic behind it, so I'm really happy that you noticed that. And vowels are my fixation, as my students know well! 😂 Joking aside, vowels do make a huge difference in Italian, so that's why I focus on them so much.

we use stare in three cases 1. When talking about health in general. 2. When talking about staying in a place or remaining there for a while 3. when taking about something that is happening right now. we use it in present progressive sentence

I think I understand (most) of what you are trying to point out here about when (not) to use 'Essere' and to use 'Stare'... because 'Essere' is only to be used when a topic of conversation is about something that has always been & still is.. so would I be correct in my interpretation here? I would like to see examples of the actual word 'Essere' too, as well as the relative words like 'Soon' that you have already talked about in sentences!

I just can’t understand why in the sentence: 1. “Noi non l’abbiamo fermata” is -a- in fermata. Isn’t it supposed to be unchangeable? 2. “Da chi è scritto.?” Why is the use of essence and not averse in the past tense? Verb -scendere- can be both? How do I know which one to use? I watched a lot of videos about passato prossimo I think I understand the rules with motion verbs and reflexive verbs to use -Essere- , most of the time it is Avere. What am I missing? Verb -vivere can be used with both - avere and essere in passato prossimo?

I get to help you!!!! When you say “flash cards” you are pronouncing the A like and short E in the English language . So the word you are actually saying sounds like “flesh cards” that translates to “skin cards”. When you say the word “flash”, the A will be pronounced like the first letter and sound in the word “apple”. ❤❤ 🍏🍎

Ahah grazie mille! As I always say to my students, English pronunciation is a nightmare for us native Italians, because it's so different from our phonetic system. I will keep the "apple" trick in mind!
