Not just best sci-fi show, best show ever, period! I wonder if there will be another show like SG SG1 that I will enjoy so much.

This series, and Atlantis, are literally the only 2 series that I’ve ever bought the entire series on.

@@Scottlp2 He explained that in the beginning they did a lot of improvisation during initial read throughs but then they were told it was pretty disrespectful to the writers to just ad-lib new material without even trying what was written. It became less on the spot improv and more 'I was thinking' between takes.

While those 2 are some of my favourite Sci-Fi series, Babylon 5 is the best overall Sci-Fi TV series, so far on television.

Picklejho 69 similar to how the Klingons got a hold of a camera angle depicting the implosion of the 1701 in tsfs and we see Klingons on the bridge of the 1701. How would they have either one of these pieces of footage 😂

Ship self-destructing would likely deploy a probe with all the data it could grab from the ship's computer, as well as document the self-destruct event as it happened so Starfleet would know what happened. Said probe would then make its way to the nearest starbase, advertising its position on Starfleet coded frequencies for retrieval. There were probes even in the 23rd Century that could travel at warp speed. That's one way how such footage would be had. That data would have cleared Kirk of the charge of destruction of the Enterprise, as it would show it to be necessary to prevent the Enterprise from being captured by hostile forces. If he had a formal inquiry and court martial, of course.

@@samsonguy10k That is a good retcon but has never been stated or shown to happen. Neither Kruge or the other Klingon left aboard mentions any probe being launched. That could be mistaken for launching a torpedo before the Klingons even reach the bridge.
