This is a plan with me inside of my bullet journal..I set my planner up for the month of august using stamping as well as doodling. I just started a health TN Bullet Journal for my fiancé, he just found out he has some bad health issues. So I decided to track everything he eats, his trips to the BR, his water intake, how he’s feeling in terms of pain in the AM and then PM on a scale of 1-10, and a tracker for his meds and vitamins, and then I like to keep track of his doctor appointments and stuff, mine looks sooooo bland ☹️ I was wondering if you had any ideas! Or if you could make a video of a health only journal?! That would be sooo awesome and helpful! I prefer stamping over drawing because I can’t draw really at all, but yeah I’m just kinda not sure how to make it pretty AND functional! Thanks Sandra!
