Great Intent in batting even when 2 down. Starting from Tilak, it takes guts to play your shots from ball one even when your spot in the team is not fixed. SKY brilliant as always. Rinku just continues to impress. Finishing could have been better from Jitesh+Jadeja. Fast bowling is a major concern for India, the youngsters make you feel that Bumrah and Shami are still the best T20 bowlers you have. Spin is still fine. After the t20 wc 2022 when we replaced both Rohit and Rahul our opening record in t20s 21 innings 583 runs out of which only 3 innings have constituted 292 runs whereas other 18 innings just constituted 291 runs Only 2 50+ 1 100+ We tried Pant -2 innings Ishan-10 innings Gill-12 innings Jaiswal-11 innings Ruturaj -7 innings No one has given the desired result up till now ,Jaiswal has been the best acc to me but still he needs to score a little more consistently at the same SR If opening continues like this we might see Rohit-Virat opening in the WC

Look at the way the SA batsmen were scoring playing across to good balls. The pitch totally flat and the outfield was too wet. These are good bowlers. They are just very silent unlike pak or australians. Bumrah is a different breed. Don't compare with him. He is the most resourcefull bowler. Arsh is very good at international level and has a lot of control. The ball was slipping, so They couldn't go for raw pace as well. I thought it was a good fight with spin totally out of contest as there was no turn.
