As someone who has played some dynasty SF, if u have two solid QBs I wouldn't be overly concerned with adding more QBs. If injuries happen u can usually find backups on the waiver wire.

I agree but I take value. For example, in one league I have Burrow-Kyler as starters and Geno and DannyDimes as depth, but penix fell to me at the 2.06 so I took him... I'm essentially just taxiing Penix and then banking on one of Geno or Danny being a serviceable backup/bye filler when needed. Plus I have the upside of a Kirk injury or contract fallout.

I took over an orphan team, (SF .5ppr) which did require a hard rebuild, tanked last year for the 1.01 successfully. Made a bunch of moves Now have: Qb: Williams, Richardson, Love Rb: White, Dowdle Wr: Wilson, Nabers, London, Aiyuk, Flowers, Worthy Te: Mcbride, bowers Standard picks & 2 extra 2026 1’s. It’s a home league so there’s some powerhouse teams & some perennial idiots but I believe I have the value to compete basically forever now.

Looks like a high-value team that should have no trouble competing. I'd look into moving one of those WRs + a 1st and whatever else it takes for a real difference-maker.

Great stuff as always. Dynasty Daddy has my team as #3 in trade value, but dead last at contending power rankings. This is likely because I took mostly rookies and 2nd year players in the startup draft. How much weight should I put into the Dynasty Daddy ranking? Is it still worth it to try and get up into contending range or better to sit this season out and wait for the rookies to develop? If the league goes exactly how Dynasty Daddy predicts, I will have the 1.01 and 1.02.

I have no idea how predictive the power rankings are, but I think any team that is top 3 in trade value should be trying to contend. I suspect you can easily piece together a playoff-caliber roster without sacrificing too much of that value.

On dynasty Daddy I am number one in both categories. Should I just hold at that point? I have the option of treating a boatload of pics for Ceedee Lamb but already have AJ Brown, puka nukua, diggs, Zay Flowers etc

I'd definitely be interested in Lamb. If you have that much value, you should try to concentrate as much as possible into your starting lineup to maximize your edge.

DK > Pickens and I think that's a solid return for Allen but I wouldn't necessarily want to sell him unless I had a really shallow team
