Autumns here! We love this time of year. Not too hot, not too cold. Less insects in the woods. Perfect! A nice wild camp in the woods.
Wild Camping with humour! Real outdoor life. No frills. No Bullsh!t.
Camping, Hiking, Kayaking, Canoe and Vanlife - we do it all here.
Products honestly reviewed (we can't stand those fake 'unboxing reviews')
We're just a couple of 'happy go lucky' people with a passion for showing how fun the outdoors is!

We operate a leave no trace ethos when we camp and try and minimise the impact we have from camping in a location. Any fire ash is doused with water and ash is dispersed/covered and all rubbish removed. We'd encourage others to do the same.

Great camp. I know the feeling of2 people sleeping in a 2 man tent, only good in an emergency, it makes my ears round and round when there's no room.

Top tip, you can by very small bottles of tabasco sauce, I always have one for emergency hot sauce!

It's been 4 weeks now, since I've damaged my Achilles tendon, so watching you guys, is as close to nature, as I've been, for what seems like forever, !!!,, Can't wait until I'm able to walk properly again,, Keep em coming guys,, 🚶🚶👍👍

I am mostly moto camping but still do not get the ,,ultra light,,tent stuff.In my ltd view there is just a kilo difference between this or similar tents and my beloved opalus 3.Even if I was hiking,especially in rainy,colder countries I would not opt for a tent that has so little room to cook or take shelter on a comfy chair.I was testing out my dutch army winter sleeping bag this week in around 9 degrees and yes still too warm for the serious winter stuff.Always enjoy your video,s and happy to see it growing.

We love our Opalus 3, but we also love our Lanshan too. All depends what conditions we're expecting really. There's no right or wrong in this game is there. Just whatever works at that particular point. Have a great weekend Robert and thanks for the comment 😀

Great vids, recommended by ‘Karen goes wild’. Love your adventures and the banter between you is great. Thankyou for recommending British military kit, as a former forces reservist I love the kit, it’s well made and great value for money. Slowly making my way through all your vids. Just seen the Christmas hammock camp, was it ‘crystal lake’? Isn’t that the same name as where ‘Friday 13th’ film was set? 😮😂 maybe why the severed hand was there 😂 just got myself a vango banshee 300. Like you said great for 2. Yet to go out overnight, newbie to wild camping. Live in Dorset, so SWCP is local as is New Forest. Thankyou for your vids 😊

Family is more important, so I and most will understand guys, but it's lovely to see you both out again, I was waiting for this video as obviously I'd already seen your review on the tents. 23 degrees, I bet them temps will fall drastically, already have tbh lol. It's now autumn as of today 🍂 so I bet the next video you both share, the temperature will be a lot lower 😂. Thanks for sharing and see you on your next adventure 👍 😀

Interesting that you don't like sleeping with your head near the door. I'm the opposite, I prefer being able to slide out from under the quilt straight out the door, then I go back in feet first and most of the time straight back onto the mat without having to climb over anything else. I guess the rule of "go up one in size" still counts. They should just start selling +1/2 man tents so we could buy a 2 1/2 man and know there would be enough space... Bloomin' marketing 🙄 Still need to do a bivvy + tarp camp. I'm determined my next camp will be that, so if you never hear from me again, then something ate my face in the middle of the night 😁

OMG....5.17 at 1/4 speed shows 2 strange goblins. G+Z don't play the sound at that speed though, its a bit rum and coke'y, 🤣

That tent did look a bit snuggly with two people in it. When Mrs Boom comes with me on camps we usually both take hammocks, just about all my tents are for 1+ rather than two, and I am sasquatch sized while she sleeps like a starfish with limbs everywhere. She doesn't like being under a tarp, which is a shame as I do.
