Get a cheap laundry basket from the dollar store and keep your items ready to go to greenhouse or garden.....I even have a couple in the garden for tossing weeds and dead leaves in and then collect when full for compost. When you move are you taking your new greenhouse with you.....one never has enough greenhouses, right.

You should try popcorn shoots. I add my seeds to a standard 10x20 flat then I add a lid that I have blacked out on to. Then will yellow and be tender and extremely sweet. My kids love them.

My best friend's dad is from loas and they got me into eating bean sprouts when I was younger. I had never seen them for sale or anything back then (98-02) but they would make homemade pho or this fish(head) soup and add them in our bowls as we were served. It ended up being so so good.

Once they are growing you need to water frequently. I lift a corner of the mat up and add water there. You will see a ton of roots on back side of jute mat. I suggest going to The hydroponics Guy on you tube and watch his video. Beginners guide for growing micro greens. That was how I learned growing on jute mats.

I have had a dickens of a time growing this winter. I was told my house is too cold to germinate. I bought a heat pad to try next winter. I do the water only no soil. The texture is very off putting 😬
