Hey y'all!!!!
Big thanks to my lovely subscriber that recommended this shampoo! It smells so good! Like a baby lol. For my hair I didn't need to use a moisturizing shampoo afterwards but you might have to! This stuff really cleanses your hair! So you may notice that your hair needs extra moisture! I always pre-poo so I think that's why my hair still felt soft after shampooing twice.

Same I’m just waiting on my scalp to get under control I have seborrheic dermatitis (cradle cap 🙄) and I’m trying a new routing to get my flare ups under control before i loc my hair.

🤣I used a crochet needle to make mine lock faster. I got tired of my hair curling up every time I wash it. It's still curly at the ends, but doesnt unravel as like before. Definitely recommend for ppl with a silkier curly type hair, works like charm if you want to speed up the process.👍🏿

Hey Desz. Ur retwist looks great. I just did mine yesterday and it doesn't look as good. The retwist took though which I am happy about but the rest of the baby loc is very fuzzy. I'm going to moisturize tomorrow because I think dryness may be the culprit but keep it up. I think it looks great now but I understand your thought process. Can't wait till the next video

I think the frizzy goes away as the locs mature. My gf has locs for three years now & she was frizzy for at least the first year. I started mine in April & I can’t wait to get frizzy. I love the look!

Shampoo or any type of soap normally doesnt ladder the first time because of all the oil and dirt so I run water thought my hair whole running my scalp to lift them.. then I go in with shampoo and it's less work.

Not a weird question at all! It took me a while to get it down ! But I literally imagine myself standing up behind myself doing my hair 😭😭 so since they all have to go clockwise I think “okay if I was someone doing my hair it would have to go this way” it can get confusing because of the placement of your hands when you’re doing different sides but once you get it down it’s over lol

Thank you! And palm rolling the entire loc will lead to thinning later down the road! I want my locs to be as thick as they can get so I only retwist the new growth

Is it something you’re doing that’s stretching them out or causing them to unravel? Sometimes if my scarf is too tight or if I wear a ponytail that will unravel the ones in the back a bit

@@DESZREN I usually just sleep with a Bonet and leave them free all day. I do have looser curls in the back but I wear the front in space buns and those babies are TIGHT
