Let's face it, in this fast-paced world we are expected to just keep jumping from one thing to the other, to keep on keeping on, keep churning out products, content, emails, spinning all the plates and breaking our necks with all the hats which leaves very little room to take a pause and celebrate and appreciate exactly what it is that you have achieved!
So, I would love love love you to take that time. Our natural disposition is towards the negative, that's simply how our brains work and because of this negative bias we rarely take the time to see and feel the positives. In this episode, I talk about taking yourself right back to when you first decided to start your business. Using mindfulness methods to take you right into that feeling so you can really feel it from deep within yourself.
