My advice for you (ballet teacher here)- take from several different teachers if possible. Each will have a different way of explaining and correcting that may click and make better sense to you. Right now you’re attempting movements above your level and it would so beneficial to go back to a beginner class (even if it’s with the 8 year olds) to get a good foundation. It’s sooo much easier to attempt more difficult movements (like a tour Jete) when you’ve first mastered the individual components of the movement in a beginning ballet class. Like a strong degage that presses down into the floor which starts the tour Jete, helping you get off the ground. There a progression I feel you’re lacking. In the fondu- legs should straighten together. Pique should be on a straight leg. Beginning ballet is hard. The movements may appear easy and repetitive but to get it correct, takes patience and lots of practice! Private lessons would be a good idea for you as well☺️ good luck! Not saying to quit the class you’re in now, but add lower levels if possible. Oh and don’t forget to spot! I don’t see any spotting in your turns! Hope this helps!
