Best advice to Free to Play. 1. Pyramid is your gem heaven/Barbarian Palace is a trap for young players(need to master attack power first) 2. Tavern general as lead and paywall general as the assistant 3. Ground generals in the Tavern Suck. 4. Figure out your sprit beast/dragon list then pick the generals after. example: March size is your best friend from a spirit beast Behemoth king....siege Celtic.....................Range Fafnir.....................Mounted Or Behemoth king....siege Celtic.....................ground Fafnir.....................Mounted Kong......................Range *I'm in the camp that think march size for range/siege is more devastating than march size for ground/mounted for the attack march. 5. Push Monarch levels before dragon. Monarch level will make all your generals strong. A dragon will only make one general strong.

Time your construction speed ups to completion for monarch city development event day. Same for troops training, etc. also, completing your daily activity of 145 points is great

One thing about buying account is you skipped the fun on growing up your keep, if you are revisiting the game, that could be an option, but if you are new to it, try to start off as a F2P and learn before buying a keep.

SOLs are expensive. Despite the horror story, Nathaniel Greene is your friend. Don't invest heavily in him but you're gonna want 5 or 6 of these if your alliance rallies a lot. IMO he's as important as Baibars or Cleopatra. Stick him on assistant for rallies and save your stam. You'll need it.

Your wrong about the black market. You've been too large for too long to realize to fail to realize killing golden goblins and using that black market is absolutely the best way for anyone to get from keep 25 to 30.

the most advice i always gives to my team mates is that if you are not a coiner always invest on a free to get general (relics & tavren generals) specially for ascending dont waste time waiting for the top coiner generals invest on the free ones

Anyone noticing that Ymirs aren't counting for dailies and the research factory daily quests for monster kill and boss kill, but all other event bosses still work for it? Do 50+ by 10 AM PT and only 3 normal bosses, it only counted the three. I think it is a server side glitch as it drops down to normal bosses when restarting the game. It use to worked fine over two months ago.

If you are gonna spend another good time to spend is during periods like this where you buy packs for the wheel that is currently for the same $200 with double down coupons you can have a good shot of getting 30 Conquest fragments during a event and if you go $210 using all three double down coupons and do a good job of getting your daily coins through gathering and monster killing it should be entirely possible to get 450 spins in which would guarantee 2 Supremecy Fragments from reward chests plus at least 3 more guaranteed by the drop rate from the wheel so that is a guaranteed 5 Supremecy fragments for that $210 with a chance with a little bit of luck to get 6 fragments it kinda socks it only comes every other lull between main events so only once a month but it at least gives low coiners a shot at those shot at those $2,000 gears without having to.spend as much and without having to spend all at once. Also when spending that wheel if you do buy a few packs I would say more tedious but spin 1 at a time just in case you get lucky and get early drops on the Supremecy gear as the counter on when it is guaranteed to drop again resets after it drops so sometimes you can get lucky and get a extra drop that way. Also I might say disregard the bunker as I leveled it up to lv30 after it came out but I have never really used it or been able to use it. It can't be used in battlefield and it protects so few troops to basically reder it useless.

Always check your crown. Presets. One goal at a time and DO NOT WAVER. Sure, have secondary goals when your main one is in a bit of a holding pattern (waiting for the proper event to start or finish a build). Patience, it needs to be restated.

Hey nice advice. Someone in my server said Evony always makes the new servers way stronger than the older ones with free gear and better generals, and that hes seen multiple new small billion power players zero much larger players from older ones. Is this generally true?

My advice if you just started is: pass on this game before is too late, this game is on a downfall path. On my app store this game is now rate 3.6 stars, 1 year ago was 4.4 I believe. This means it will get harder to fill newer servers and my guess is that devs will slowly start to try to milk the rest to balance that by releasing more expensive crap for paying players only making the gap bigger for f2p... there are so many better similar games all around that doesn't need the ridiculous amount of money this one does to stay competive.

The bigs in the top alliance on my server are sociopaths!” Even if that’s actually true, you are never going to be able to keep up with these guys to be strong enough take your revenge in your small, bad alliance. Let them help you grow, train you, trust & rely on you, and wait for your opportunity.

Im k26 now third week... your advice is from a spenders viewpoint...best advice is stay bubbled, join a active alliance and do rallies constantly. Listen to your leadership and ask questions...if you don't get along with someone in your alliance join another dont make yourself uncomfortable for no reason. Pick a name, most servers will target the default monarch... Dont buy another account, you open yourself to fraud.
