I am going to try and be more in tune with these Cultures. Not necessarily for the Monarch Events, but for what I am attempting. I am in the process of rebuilding my layers as they were erased. So I will try changing culture to give me that boost.

Does switching cultures give you a level 1 original sub? And when you switch back does it go back to the level you had it at?
